10 people

In charge of a customer-service-team of 10 people (excl. call receptionists). Our team is responsible for northface outlet customer complains and collecting as well as analyzing customer requirements, on-site inspection management and control, reporting and proposing to the management office on a monthly basis. Hand over customer service proposals to national-wide branch offices once the proposals are approved. Additionally, I am also in charge of north face outlet in the call center regarding the main business processes.

Business development – won the bid to setup an insurance sales representative office at Pudong airport , corporate with Shanghai Family Plan Committee and launched the tailor-made insurance plan for single child families. Insurance agency management – to evaluate the qualifications of agencies and sign contracts with the selected onesInternal trainer – mainly to couch internal staff and help new comers to familiar with the business. Teach the training course of “cheap northface jackets”、”Car incident insurance process ”, etc.
